Waymond is the co-owner of RE/MAX Genesis in Blanco and RE/MAX Genesis II in New Braunfels , and with his strong agriculture and ranching background is a valuable advisor to those looking to buy or sell rural properties in the Hill Country.

Waymond is proudly married to Jayne Lightfoot, is the father of three daughters and a grandfather to five boys and girls. When not raising cows, horses and kids, Waymond likes to hunt, fish and play a little golf.

Outside the office, Jayne loves to spend time with her three daughters and their families. Jayne is also a devoted painter, finding inspiration in the beautiful Blanco River Valley . She’s also active in the First Baptist Church of Blanco and various volunteer organizations.

Dawn Delaurentis has lived in the Blanco area for almost twenty-five years, her children graduated from Blanco High, and her dedication to helping folks find “nice places to live in the Blanco Valley ” has brought her to RE/MAX Genesis, Blanco.

In addition to bringing together buyers and sellers in successful real estate transactions, Dawn, and her late husband, created the unique Calico Meadows subdivision in Blanco.

Chris Hall is familiar with the mortgage process and is a lending agent which will benefit all our customers. She is active in the community with her husband Steve. Pamela Nabers’ roots are embedded in the beautiful Hill Country as she had resided in Blanco throughout her childhood.  She now enjoys the magnificent Hill country with her friends and family including her two children while living along the Blanco River.  She has helped educate the children of the Blanco community for 18 years.  She is a member of the Blanco Lutheran Church, is involved with various other organizations, and engages in numerous school activities.
